There are only 39 taxis for about 150.000 tourists on the island at any given time. The mathematics simply doesn’t work out. For our 4 villas we have a 9 seater Mercedes Vito minivan to take you and bring you back from anywhere you’d like to go. Give or take 10 – 15 minutes, there is always a minivan available to transfer you in comfort and safety. For each place we take you on the island we always let you know of our same Drop Off and Pick Up point for your convenience. Also we like to always be cheaper than taxi’s.
On the other hand if you are somewhere and a grey official taxi is at hand, don’t hesitate to jump in as taxis are generally cheap in Greece.
Another way to get around is by car hire or if you feel a little more adventurous by quad bike. Just please drive slowly and stay on the right hand side of the road and you’ll have a lovely and easy going time. Regarding the hiring of any type of vehicle please ask our Reception for our “preferred partners” and your experience will start and end from our doorstep.
